 We normally hold the booking as an option for 3 days, after which it will be automatically cancelled unless you have confirmed the booking with us by e-mail.
When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost. The balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 2 weeks of the arrival we will need the full cost. In order to confirm your booking, the deposit must be paid.

Cancellation fees

· If you cancel 2 weeks or more before arrival, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee
· If you cancel 1 week before arrival, 40% of the total price
· If you cancel 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total price
· If you cancel on the arrival day, 60% of the total price


Payment

You can pay by direct bank transfer only; checks or credit cards are not accepted. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by them. Payment for any such damage or loss must be made in full on the day of departure. A 500 Euro warranty must be deposited on arrival to cover possible damages; it will be returned in full if no damages have been made.

· change of linen once a week
· garden and pool maintenance once a week
· pets are allowed (subject to prior arrangement)
· Brochures with useful information for the area will be available in the house.
